Cable Program 

    The Adams Shore Bible Baptist Church is producing Faith of Our Fathers, a new program to be broadcast on Channel 8 of Quincy Access Television.

    The program, both Biblical and Historical in nature, examines the backgrounds and faith of the founding fathers of our nation.

    Program host is the Rev. Michael Cox, pastor of Adams Shore Bible Baptist Church.

    "The message is that the particular experience and exercise of faith which they lived is something we can live today," said Rev. Cox. "The program will appeal to history buffs, to folks who enjoy stories of lives transformed, and those who need their faith strengthened and hope to inspire them."

    Rev. Cox will open Faith of Our Fathers with a short introduction to the particular segment, followed by a teaser multiple choice question and a song sung by a group or a soloist. The answer to the question will then be given and the message or story concerning the particular founding father shared.

    Adams Shore Bible Baptist Church, located at 175 Albatross Rd. off Sea St., celebrated its sixth anniversary in October. It holds a Sunday Morning Worship service at 11 a.m. and an evening service at 6 p.m. There is also a Sunday School which begins at 10 a.m. and Wednesday evening Bible Study and Prayer Service at 7 p.m. The public is welcome to visit the services.
