About Our Deacon

    At this time our church has only one deacon. His name is Rob McDonald. His wife's name is Mary and their 5 children are: Angela, Naomi, Jonathan, Johanna, and Nathan.

Here at Tri-Town Baptist Church We believe the following requirements are necessary for a person to fill the role of the Deacon :

1. They must first and foremost meet the Biblical requirements of a deacon found in:
   (I Timothy 3:8-13)
2. They must be a member of the church.
3. They must be called to serve by the pastor and then verified by a confidence vote from the congregation.
4. They also must fully support the pastor and the ministry of the church.
5. No man can even be considered for the position if he does not actively and regularly participate in church organized visitation.
